RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE CAMP-site:

PERIOD OF HIRING:
Our prices include all services and 5.5% tax. The hiring of lodging starts at 4 p.m. the day of arrival and finishes at 10 a.m. the day of the departure . An appointment will be taken between 8 Am and 10 Am for the departure inventory .the arrival must be done before 19h00 . The rented period will be invoiced even in the event of curtailed stay (late arrival and/or anticipated departure). Any possible delay of arrival must be announced in order to preserve your reservation .

PAYMENT:
To reserve, to supplement the form of reservation and to turn over it accompanied by an installment of 25%. The balance of the payment for your accommodation should be made at the latest 30 days before the start of your holiday. CAUTION: at the end of this period, the payment not carried out, your reservation will be cancelled .
Do the expenses of file amount to 20€ for each reservation and nonrefundable .

Tourist tax /day/person:
Adults and 13 year old children and more: 0,40€; free for chidren under 13.

DEPOSIT:
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 250€ for the material and 50 € for the household by cheque upon arrival. All or part of the deposit will be returned to you 3 days after your departure depending on the condition of the accommodation and the state of the inventory. The sum of 50€ will be retained on the guarantee dans le cas où if the cleaning of your lodging would not be carried out the day of your departure.
A list of inventory will be given to you on arrival, you have until the following day 12 hours to announce any possible failure. Passed this time, we consider that lodging was entrusted to you complete. Our mobil homes is not equipped with sheets (we sell disposable sheets). It is interdict to sub-lease or yield its hiring to a third person . The person having reserved must obligatorily be present during the stay and any person who remains on the site must be declared on the form .

CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation must be made by registered letter. We cannot be responsible if this cancellation is done by normal mail .
For cancellation:
- More than 30 days before your arrival, your installment will be retained .
- Less than 30 days before your arrival, the expenses of reservations and the total amount of your stay will be retained .
You can choose acancellation insurance after our booking request form.
